It's completely possible to lose weight in one day, but before you get excited you need to know that it's not fat you're losing, no matter how hard you try. If you've got a wedding to attend or an important date, or some other reason you want temporarily look thinner, a "lose weight in one day" diet may or may not solve your problem.

Everyone's body is built differently, and even if you lose weight in one day, as in the scale shows that you are lighter, it may not produce the results you want. The best way to change how you look and feel about yourself is to plan further ahead (at least two weeks) and find a diet plan that you can stick to. If you have time, the best kind of diet plan is a long-term on that eventually fades into a healthy lifestyle that involves healthy eating and exercising. The length of time depends on you.

Just remember that it's easy to be impatient, crash diet for two weeks or even a month, get really hungry one day and give up. Patience is difficult. You'll have much better results if you take it easy and allow for breaks and foods that you enjoy eating, so that you have a plan that won't make every day struggle to get though. If you really do want to shed some weight quickly and are looking for a strict diet plan, remember to slowly ease into a lifestyle that you can maintain for a long period of time or you will fatten right back up!
